Hey, I'm Hannah, 23 and overweight.
I wanted to use this blog as motivation and diary of my goal of losing all of my excess weight.
I want to do this without resorting to crash diets that never work ,or killing myself at the gym every day. I want this weight off and I want it to stay off.
Sure, I would love to look like a lot of other girls, but when I really think about it, I'm very happy with being me. I would just like to be healthier so that I can live a better quality of life - enjoy myself rather than worrying about this.

So, I think I'll be updating this every week with my current weight so I can see how I'm getting along.
Also, I've set up some goal weights along the way so that this process doesn't seem quite as daunting:
Starting Weight: 210 lbs
Goal Weight 1: 190 lbs
Goal Weight 2: 175 lbs
Goal Weight 3: 160 lbs
Ultimate Goal Weight: 145 lbs
